Terms of Use and Sale
1. Who We Are
The HealthInbox browser extension and the healthinbox.site website (together, the "Service") are provided by HealthInbox, a French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), SIREN [TO COMPLETE: SIREN], contact@healthinbox.site (the "Seller"). Full details are in the legal notice.
2. Scope and Acceptance
These terms govern the use of the Service and the sale of the Pro subscription. By installing or using the Service you accept the terms of use; by completing a purchase you accept the terms of sale below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The version that applies to a purchase is the one online on the day of the order.
3. The Service
HealthInbox reads the headers of your Gmail messages, on your device, to list the online accounts and paid subscriptions tied to your address and to analyse your inbox. It has read-only access to your mailbox. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
A free plan is always available, within the limits shown on the website. The Pro plan removes those limits.
4. Price and Payment
The Pro plan costs EUR 10 per year, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made by card at the time of the order through Stripe, our payment provider. An invoice is sent by email.
5. Activation
Pro is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed. The licence is tied to the email address used for the purchase: connect the Gmail account with that same address in the extension and Pro unlocks automatically.
6. Term, Renewal and Cancellation
The subscription runs for one year from the purchase date and renews automatically for one more year at the then-current price, unless you cancel. We will email you a reminder between one and three months before each renewal, as required by article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, telling you how to stop it.
You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in the extension Settings (the Stripe customer portal) or by writing to us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within fourteen (14) days of your purchase, or of a renewal, without giving any reason, and get a full refund. Write to contact@healthinbox.site with the email address used for the purchase. We refund you within 14 days, using the original payment method, and the licence ends at the same time.
8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
As a consumer you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) for as long as your subscription runs. If the Service does not work as described, contact us: we will bring it into conformity or, failing that, refund you in proportion.
9. Licence to Use and Acceptable Use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own purposes. You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, except where the law allows it;
- resell, share, rent or sublicense the Service or a Pro licence;
- bypass the licensing or the usage limits;
- use the Service against the law or the rights of others.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, its code, design and trademarks remain the property of the Seller. These terms transfer no ownership to you. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC; HealthInbox is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
11. Liability
We do our best for the account and subscription lists to be complete and accurate, but they are built from email headers and may miss or mislabel some items. Closing an account or a subscription is always your decision and is done on the service concerned. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under mandatory law.
12. Complaints and Mediation
For any complaint, write first to contact@healthinbox.site. If we do not reach a solution, you can refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator [À COMPLÉTER : nom, site web et adresse du médiateur de la consommation], under articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, disputes go to the competent French courts. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country and may also go to its courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Changes to the price or the main features are emailed to subscribers before the next renewal, and you can cancel before it.
